i had a fantastic experience at Signature Collection. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers 2 pools, one indoor and one outdoor, along with a hot tub connected to the indoor pool. The location was perfect, near several attractions including a water park, mountain, and state parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the front desk welcome was warm. it was a great place to stay!

The breakfast was satisfactory, all meals were fab. The setting was excellent, close to Loon or White mountains in general, main points of interest and Lincoln proper where restaurants and shops are.

Every time in Lincoln, I choose this place. Overall, it's good base for exploring Lincoln attractions. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, just next door to the beautiful White Mountains, the pub being open, and Lincoln proper where restaurants. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 35 minutes.

The location was decent, short walk to Loon as well as all the attractions. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 40 mins walk from the hotel.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and recently refurbished rooms, we had a nice experience. The breakfast had a great selection of options, including sausages, tea, toast, and eggs. Great and beautiful location to Whales Tale water park was a plus. We could also easily get to a 17 - acre water park.

My family and I enjoyed being there. Rooms with a jacuzzi and a fireplace had a friendly atmosphere. Central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card were appreciated.

Had GREAT 1 night here. The staff were exceptional and exceptionally nice all the time. Its location was perfect, just next door to main points, restaurants and shops, and White mountains. Also, we could easily get to a friendly aquatic park.

The location was clutch for hitting up Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain for some rad snowboarding. The views were straight fire and the ski tour was lit. The staff were chill and the facilities were off the hook. There was something for everyone, from shredding the slopes to sending it on a snowmobile adventure.

The only thing that would've taken our stay to the next level would've been a lit party scene for the young crowd. Some dope DJ nights or a sick hangout spot would've been the icing on the cake for an unforgettable trip.

The location was perfect, near tourist attractions, in the nice quiet area. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 30 minutes walk away.

Low-budget reasonably priced hotel with superfriendly and attentive staff. Brand-new and neat room with dining table as well as dishwasher, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Eggs, sausages, tea and toast for breakfast, nice touch. Magnificent location to Flume Gorge & the Basin. Nice area. Great stay, as always.

This hotel is amazing! It's conveniently located in the White Mountain area, close to popular attractions like Whale's Tale Water Park and Indian Head Mountain. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice quality sheets and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are well-maintained, with eco-friendly shower soaps and hot water. The service is top-notch, with professional and friendly front desk attendants. The breakfast is delicious, with scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, juice, and tea. Plus, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the stream from the room's sliding door.

Marvellous and stunning location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The room was neat and cheap and what's more - included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

For 3 star hotel it was reasonably priced, I had very good stay overall. The food served was good. My room included central heating, a flat-screen TV and a microwave. The location was marvellous and convenient for me, on the pond.

It was a great budget hotel. We ate at a very accommodating restaurant with delicious food.
